I became a mortgage professional after I purchased my first home. Since then, I’ve been an advocate for homeownership and have a strong desire to help others fulfill their dreams of owning a home.

I moved to Southern California after graduating from the University of Maryland. Like many, I traded in the harsh cold winters for the sunshine, warm weather, palm trees and the beautiful beaches. Since then, I have held sales and marketing positions in various industries but none as exciting as real estate and mortgage lending. I have close to 10 years of experience in helping buyers finance their new homes

When I am not working on loans, I am researching for the next travel destination; watching HGTV for renovation ideas; touring model homes; and spending time with my family.

I am also an active member of the Building Industry Association’s Leader of Tomorrow (BIA – LOT) and the Professional Women in Building.

  • In order to qualify you for the purchase of a home, Century Communities may require evidence of qualification.
  • Inspire Home Loans will pre-qualify you for a mortgage based upon information you enter into the online Pre-Qualification Form.
  • There is no charge for pre-qualification.
  • In order to complete the worksheet you will need to tell us about the new home you are interested in, basic information about yourself including Employment, Income, and Assets.
  • Once your pre-qualification is complete, a loan officer will contact you within 24 hours.
  • After you enter into a contract to purchase the home, if you want to apply for a loan, the loan officer will convert your information into an application, provide you with disclosures and gather the remaining information necessary for loan approval.
